Od 20. do 24. svibnja 2026., uoči i za vrijeme konferencije Balkan and South Slavic Linguistics, Literature and Folklore, provedena su nova kratka istraživanja i sastanci u Sydneyju i Newcastleu. U Sydneyju je voditeljica projekta predstavila projekte koje vodi generalnom konzulu Republike Hrvatske u Sydneyju Ivici Glasnoviću. Na sastancima s pripadnicima hrvatske zajednice dogovoreno je istraživanje jedne veće neobrađene privatne zbirke za koju se pretpostavlja da sadrži publikacije vezane uz Hrvate u Južnoj Americi. Provedeno je i dodatno kraće istraživanje u Državnoj knjižnici Novoga Južnog Walesa. U Newcastleu su Jasna Novak Milić i Ivana Hebrang Grgić predstavile porjekte povezane s publikacijama Hrvata izvan Hrvatske prof. Robertu Greenbergu, prorektoru Fakulteta za društvenu i ljudsku budućnost Sveučilišta u Newcastleu.
Researches and meetings in Sydney and Newcastle
From 20 to 24 May 2026, in the run-up to and during the Balkan and South Slavic Linguistics, Literature and Folklore conference, new short research activities and meetings were held in Sydney and Newcastle. In Sydney, the project leader presented the projects she leads to the Consul General of the Republic of Croatia in Sydney, Ivica Glasnović. During meetings with members of the Croatian community, it was agreed to research a large, unprocessed private collection believed to contain publications related to Croats in South America. Additional short research was conducted at the State Library of New South Wales. In Newcastle, Jasna Novak Milić and Ivana Hebrang Grgić presented projects concerning publications by Croats outside Croatia to Professor Robert Greenberg, Pro Vice-Chancellor of the Faculty of Social and Human Futures at the University of Newcastle.
